After researching, emailing, phoning, googling, obsessing and begging around for about 2 years here, I finally found someone who could teach me screen printing. I was ecstatic when I found Tertius our screen printing teacher– was shivering from head to toe with excitement.
Currently I wish I had more time and space to do things like this. Work projects are not always extremely excite-able..

my 1st run

Not yet complete but hopefully by the next workshop.
I recently participated in the Night of 1000 drawings exhibition. The night was packed with local hipsters, beers, cues, freebies and lots of bad drawings along with a fair amount of exceptionally good ones. The turn out was amazing and I can’t remember the last exhibition I went to where I had to cue to get in except the crowded Tate Modern experience….
I’ll never know if my drawings were sold or not, but thats the beauty of doing charity work i guess
Unfortunately I didn’t take any photos of the event because I had a fight with my huggybear and bringing a camera just wasn’t the priority at that moment, but here’s a pic that I found on the web.

& one of my doodles.

I had a good chuckle when I saw this article on LIFE magazine.
Also made a drawing out of him, using a squeaky mouse. Also a new style I’m trying out.

I just finished this piece from the friend’s portrait series. Found a chance to use the foliage/flowers drawing I did a while back.
